Work out the final table in a spreadsheet

• make sure that the Subject’s column has the desired codes. Use only alphanumerical characters
• If multiple MR IDs belong to the same subject, provide them within one cell separated with spaces eg. “a35c-c5bp c789-9cd8”. Do not repeat the same subject’s name across rows!
• You can add a column for Timepoint, but timepoint=01 will be added automatically anyway if the cell is empty.
• Export the final table to CSV file (comma-separated) and upload it to the server
